The problem:
The traditional organizations are the one that support chain of command , priority and subjectivity. Such organizations have existed for a long time, and a lot of people have had the disappointment of being part of these. It is a harsh experience to work on something you don’t believe in, with tools you prefer not to use, while getting remunerated far less than you deserve. The result of conventional organization lead not exclusively to a disengaged workforce with lower work quality and output, but also to a less efficient organization. The conventional organization is filled with inefficiencies because the tool it needs to get work done are siloed, costly, repetitive and frequently erroneous. In the world of technology, why are we still restricted to the retro bias of industrial age thinking with the best practices and tool from 1990s.
What is Blackbox OS ?
The Blackbox Operating System (Blackbox OS or BBOS), an adaptable, evolving OS for organizations, is developed to automate fundamental elements and to advance functions of industrial administration and connectivity. As conventional organizations shift from obsolete business models, they’ll need an interface between current paper and electronics contracts and smart contracts.
The Blackbox token bridges the gap between decentralized world and enables organizations to unleash the power of distributed technologies, artificial intelligence, and other man-made technologies. The evolution and advancement of decentalized networks will drastically enhance human cooperation and reduce costs by aligning stakeholders, incentivizing contributors, and expanding transparency in decision-making. Developing a robust, yet evolving infrastructure to solve common organizational problems giving efficiencies of scale and access to resourses that don’t depend corporate sales or size, contributor location, or specialized ability. Every individual should be able to harness the power if a bussiness operating system, and now, with BBOS they can. Nearly every department tfrom payroll to human resiurces to project management to everywhere in between stands to benefit.
Even though the future of work is bright, every organization is not the same. The transition from dead trees to smart contrats can take time depending on stakeholder prioritization. But the transition should be a difficult one, and the BBOS was designed with that in mind.
Blackbox OS is composed of configurable modules that can easily be selected and added to your organization via the module market place. These à la carte modules are comprised of services and products that provide constant wins and long-term organizational value. As the system enhance it learns and improves.
Once an organization is onboarded, they become a participating collective of Blackbox Network. The Blackbox Network is composed of token holders, participating cooperatives, and Blackbox Foundation. Interoperability between participating cooperatives has significant potential, but all organizations don’t share the same governance mold or structure. That is where the BBOS token shines.
The BBOS token, a multi-purpose utility token, powers the ecosystem. By utilizing a token system, behavior is implemented by all token holders and quality, decisions, governance, and the agreement drives feedback. As an added benefit the blockchain gives accurate, immutable data that powers our meritocratic vision for future.
What is the future ?
We imagine a world where contributors are remunerated fairly for the value they include so we made the Proof of Value (PoV) consensus protocol, which is a fair, evaluated compensation model that appropriately rewards contributors based on effort, skill and priority. An OS that enables fair valuation will additionally motivate strong and persistent contributions.
We saw a world with inaccurate, opaque estimates, so the first module build upon the platform is the Proposal Module, which centers on project and task administration for decentralized terms using a concept called Deliverable Value Points, DVP, to quantify contributions. The first module will leverage the DVP Proposal protocol to precisely evaluate and compensate contributors fie the actual, unbiased value they did. The DVP Proposal protocol is not influenced by financial factors, resulting in a platform that is free of charges, politics and conventional organizational bloat. The protocol disincentivizes malicious actors and rewards those pursuing the benefit of everyone. By marrying this with the Proof of Value protocol, BB provide consensus alignment and agreement on any work to ensure a appropriate compensation, and a payment system that decreases transaction cost and expedites payment. These are only the first of many modules inside our module marketplace solving widespread inefficiencies that most organizations face. After the Proposal and DVP establishment is built and approved, other modules will be made to streamline and enhance AI accessibility/use, human resources, accounting and project management.
BBOS TOKEN
BBOS token is a unit of value and exchange with in Blackbox Network ecosystem. Members are engaged to define preferences for work schedule, section and classes. Influence is earned through a reputation system by consistently demonstrating value in a meritocratic system. Aligning everyone’s incentives across a distributed network creates a new world of possibility.
Usage
The BBOS token ofers a right that results in product usage, governance, a contributed mechanism, and access to products. The tokens is the atomic unit of value exchange inside the ecosystem resulting in the creation of a transactional economy between projects, Participants, and token holders. Different features enable participants to earn value and to spend it on services that are internal to the inherent ecosystem. Participants can earn tokens by doing active work or passive work. Token holders can use the token to submit proposals, access services, and vote on decisions that effect them.
The token is an efficient method and transaction engine of choice. This is key for enabling friction less transactions inside the Blackbox Operating System. Tokens offers a lower boundary for processing transactions and can be leveraged in future DAO growth.
Like a toll on a freeway, the token shall be the pay-per-use rail for access on the BBOS blockchain infrastructure and “AI Toolbox” access. This ensures that users have skin in the game. It can include flexible tractions cost based on the project DVP. Requirements in reputation to perform access specific smart contracts, or other metered metric.
Creation
After the governance contract is conveyed, the BBOS token will come into existence making a value-based transactional economy. A native token is required to facilitate the internal mechanics that power our decentralized joint effort. This token will drive decentralized cooperation by encouraging behavior, optimizing performance, providing structure and being fast, secure, cost saving way of compensation.
This initial token generation event establishes a value proposition for BBOS tokens. A token economy is required to empower key aspects of strategy. BBOS Provenance Systems are defined as machine learning systems (aka AI) configured with smart contract blockchain innovation that automates source attribution of information. Source attribution can be used to decide PoV and additionally to recognize data sources when investigation of system results is required. The tokens are critical part of the automation of business processed that enable automated value transfers across the organization. Token purchasers are buying into the value of future products within the BBOS by buying access to the Blackbox Network “future of work” platform.
Beyond
The Blackbox Foundation is a not for profit entity with a mission to promote, educate, and support Blackbox OS, the BBOS token, decentralized applications, and the overall ecosystem. This module is composed of battle-hardened methodologies, Al services, and lightweight components designed to give any collective, agency, or group instant wins. Module and services can be easily added, removed, and/or built for the ecosystem. As the operating system learns from user and organization interaction, it is able to grow and improve.
HR module:
This module empowers contributing collectives to be more successful working in a decentralized model. Internal collaboration is significant, and this module is built from the experiences learned through journey operating a global, decentralized team with employees and customers all over the world. The HR module currently automates onboarding, offboarding, and makes personnel management much more sensible. This module will grow to add additional tools that streamline compensation, billing, attraction, retention, and performance management.
Discovery module:
This module empowers the discovery and match-making between contributing collectives and proposals. By advancing the interoperability between ecosystem organizations and alliances, everyone opens new values. The future of working cross-organization should be more friction less, and BB make that possible.
In the ideal state we control with the help of AI and a broad network of communities, we can engage workers to reach new heights regardless of their background, location, skill set, or socio-economic status.
The status quo has increasingly less relevance to the future challenges we face.
