I live in Kelowna ! Its actually very easy to set up an account on quadrigacx ! And they will deposit the funds directly in your bank account , and if your not trading a large amount you don't need to go through extra verification s ! You just need to trade the steem for Bitcoin first on bittrex , then sell it for cash on quadrigacx ! Once you set up your account and do it a few times it gets much easier , just do a little bit at a time until you get used to it ! Its also free on quadrigacx if your willing to wait I think 5 or 7 days , you need to check that out your self , I don't mind paying the fee for faster service ! Good luck !πππ

Selling and buying on Quadrigaxc have different requirements. So what you need to do and what I need to do will be different.
I do have a sister (and some of her children) in Kelowna, so if you did want to sell to me directly, I could call her (and / or her children) and see if any of them would mind acting as intermediary. If not, then I will forget about buying steem and just continue to earn it unless I find someone else who wants to trade with me.
I see the value of my wallet is declining every day. I wonder how low Steem will go ? It seems God / fate is watching over me and put a roadblock in front of me when I initially wanted to purchase Steem (at its highest point). I trust that whatever happens will be the way it should be.
