You are wrong! You can participate with less amount and you will get 5% instead of %20.

Yes this is correct. It confused me for a minute, but from their website it says you can invest less and you will just be out the discount listed. I couldn't find anything that said you get the 5% instead , but I wouldn't doubt it. They have an early adopter discount so...
If I understand correctly, at the present time one must buy for 15,000 $ to benefit from a bonus of 15%.
If you buy for a lower amount, the exchange rate will be $ 0.95 / PRG (5%) and released on September 15th.
