I humbly submit that we also subject Coinbase to whatever treatment we decide. I feel like they are almost as messed up. Weeks to get response via support, and often they just auto-close your ticket. Flash crashes liquidating people's Eth at $.13 USD, constant outages, locking out accounts, accidental account deletions...you name it.
