Long story short you need accounts at:

and some exchange like https://bittrex.com/

After you buy ETH you need to transfer it to MyEtherWallet and then follow instructions from the official site.

Yes pre sale is for ,,bigger" investors.

Unfortunately tokens will be distributed after ICO so we don't yet own them in our wallets. There is no way to send them. Our transactions were registered in smart contract and tokens will be distributed according to the date in the contract.
