Us in the U.S. only have access to the Bitpay card, which is good, but you can only transfer bitcoin to it. I've been trying to find an altcoin debit card that is available to U.S. citizens (Sadly the uquid debit card doesn't 😕) Looks like I'll have to follow Jeff Berwick's advice and relocate.
