You might say from the title that there are many projects, including ICOs which aim to do this. I know. The reason why I want to speak about Sandblock today is because they are different from those.
Sandblock enables businesses to convert loyalty points, coupons and vouchers into crypto assets, they become tradable and have a real market value!
I think that there is no need to explain the need of a different structure for loyalty points. In their actual form, billions of dollars remain unspent by the customers. Loyalty programs have to evolve and change. Some of the problems which need to be solved are the ones related to personal data. Nowadays, a trustworthy company must ensure the safety of the customer’s data. Sandblock will do that. It guarantees the anonymity. This encourages the customer to use the platform. But how basically will it function?
Sandblock, based in France, will tokenize a customer’s brand, including loyalty points. The interesting thing about it is that the platform will have its token (SAT) but the brands will create their own tokens on the top of SAT and they will be the ones who will be used for coupons and points. So, SAT is a ERC20 token but the ones built on top of it aren’t. They will be available just in Sandblock ecosystem.
A good thing about this project is that they already have some good partners announced on their website. This means that they are not starting from scratch and has done some work already. Their potential ecosystem, based on its partners, has more than 5 million customers already! Imagine what potential it has right now. Also we should consider their experienced team!
Well, go and take a look guys. I tell you always that before making a decision, inform yourself from the primary source:
