in #cryptocurrency7 years ago

How's it going steemians and fellow users of the internet!

Kraken.com exchange just finished their update and the exchange is back online. The update took way longer than expected, about 3 days, and as a reward for the patience of its users, it offers now Free trading until the end of January. Pretty nice! So if you were looking to buy some of the following tradable coins on Kraken, you now can and you don't have to pay any fees! They trade BTC, XRP, ETH, ZEC, XLM, XMR, LTC, BCH, EOS, DASH, ETC, GNO, ICN, MLN, REP, USDT and XDG. You can trade the biggest like XBT and ETH in USD and Euro.

The update took so long because they encountered some technical issues that couldn't be solved in the expected update time so they had to extend it continuously until it was solved.

I really like the exchange, it is really user-friendly, verification and setting up my account was really easy and relatively fast compared to coinbase. They work with a Tier verification system so you start at tier 0, and by submitting more information you up your tier causing your daily limits to increase. It took about 2 days to get my account from tier 0 to tier 3, so yeah, I really like it.
