If you've been trying to create a new account on Binance, Bittrex, or Bitfinex, and been turned down because of the heavy volume they are experiencing, I'd recommend heading over to Kucoin and opening up a trading account over there. I generally trade on Binance, but wanted to pickup some UTrust coins (not on Binance), and I'd say my experience at Kucoin has been very positive.
Kucoin is a newer trading platform, so they're still able to accommodate new users (for the time being). At the rate crypto trading is exploding I wouldn't be surprised to hear soon that even Kucoin is suspending new accounts. Everyone is rushing to trade alt-coins, and Kucoin might be your only option right now to trade good up-and-coming coins.
