WHY DO WE INTRODUCE PAYPORTAL
Majority of the population in India trust and deal with the local street shops for their recharge services (Mobile, Utility,etc.).But there are issues.
1:Bill payments are currently not interoperable and retailers have to sign up with individual utility providers to facilitate payments that are almost impossible due to difficult logistics
2: little or No persons to manage the task.
