You can find it on the Steemit menu behind the three horizontal bars at the top right corner of the page if you are on Steemit.com. After that just start reading what other people are writing about. The topics are limitless. Finally, think about something you are knowledgeable about or interested in and write about it. Try writing a good introduction post. You will have to put in some effort to learn how Steemit works, but it isn't too hard to figure out if you keep at it. People will upvote and follow you when they see you saying and writing interesting things. Cheers!
