Which Fledgling Crypto Has The Most Potential in 3 Sentences or Less

I'm very interested to hear your opinion on which fledgling cryptos hold the most potential for short to medium term growth. Here's the rules:

1. It must be a live crypto. No future projects or pre-launch ICOs.

2. No coins from the top 20 on coinmarketcap.

3. You must explain why you think the coin could go to the moon in the short to medium term, in 3 Sentences or less.
