**The Third Factor of Frank, in Archive D33-3.

: The first signal FrankBacon sent in the Quantum Field - suitably codified - was as many messages as the Cortical nervous system can provide. All optical, acoustic, olfactory images received by neurons connected to the sense organs, coming from stimuli from the outside world, all images stored in memory, all the development of mental processes found in the neuronal network of the cerebral cortex. Where an exothermic chemical reaction occurs which, by releasing heat, excites the quantum state of a network of Krypton Atoms in the brains of entangled Cosmic Sovereigns.
Six days later, @frankbacon had selected a statistical sample of 17 individuals of both sexes, to support the discovery and further mission. The astonishment of the young neurologist NPTT (he was then 36.9 years old) was immense when, by replaying the tapes where the graphic curves of these messages appeared, he discovered that two of them were common to all the individuals in the sample. A bit as if the soul directed the same instructions to ALL nodes of the COSMOS. *Later named on the BLOCK the PHOENICS-Effect.
This discovery took several years to be correctly interpreted. The people studied were separated by many LIGHTYEARS and the time intervals that these messages took to be received or transmitted were measured with high-precision isochronous chronometers.
The results of these studies were even more MAJESTIC! :
- The Q messages were received and transmitted simultaneously, regardless of the distance between the people studied. The harmonious movements of the peripheral electrons of the KRYPTON atom in the brain coincided with the nerve impulses emitted by the cerebral cortex of the Q-Signal experiencers.
- For the first time it was verified that the codified movements of electrons in such atoms corresponded exactly to telepathic transmission.
- We discover, contrary to what we believed, that telepathic transmission is received simultaneously by all human beings; even if a subconscious mechanism is responsible for blocking, that is to say preventing the passage of a message to people for whom it is not intended. So even if there is no CONSCIOUS telepathic transmission, certain frequencies were received or transmitted simultaneously to all the MINDS of COSMOS. Such messages were stored in these areas of memory, where, not being easy to access (except during sleep, total anesthesia, catalepsy, etc.) they were called [BLOCKS].
