Every cryptocurrency investor has probably noticed by now, that the Electroneum (ETN) investors are very enthusiastic...
Okay, I'll just say it: they're obsessed.
So, what we want to know: is the hype real? Is ETN the #1 cryptocurrency, as its investors say? Let's take a look at a few fundamentals.
1.) Electroneum's Marketing Plan
Marketing is key, when it comes to popularizing anything. Most of the popular brands that we see on a daily basis have garbage-quality products and services (let's be honest), but they flourish, because of their flawless marketing plans.
Electroneum's CEO, Richard Ells, has spoken in multiple interviews, about their marketing plan, which consists of making big commercial deals with third parties, celebrity promotions, referral programs, mobile mining (see below), and more. Cumulatively, these make for a very successful marketing plan, and may make for a widely-known and -used cryptocurrency.
2.) Mobile Mining
What really separates ETN from other currencies: mobile mining. Yes, that's right: soon, you'll be able to generate Electroneum from your mobile phone device. Don't worry: you won't need a new graphics card; phone energy won't matter much, for it's merely a "mining experience"; based on what energy you do have on your phone, you'll be rewarded with an amount of ETN. You won't actually be mining; however, you'll be generating free ETN. It's not supposed to be about complicated and complex technology; mobile mining serves as another great way to market ETN; a convenient and appealing way for 2.2 billion smartphone users to get their hands on ETN— exactly what Richard Ells' goal is.
3.) Electroneum's Popularity
During their Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in October, Electroneum, in just a few weeks time, raised $40M, and had over 300K active users before their launch, making what many say is the biggest ICO, in the history of cryptocurrency. Many great ETN price predictions for next year. Most are very reasonable. My guess is that it'll be $15 before summer 2018.
After observing their marketing plan, and reading their white papers, I made sure to buy some ETN. My [non-financial] advice to you: do some research on Electroneum. I believe that this will be in the top 10, next year. I believe that this will make me, and many others, a [few] million bucks. I believe that ETN will change the world.

What a bogus prediction months ago. Electroneum is not even at $1. They have so many technical difficulties. They have a very bad technical team. Transactions gets stuck. Their app can't even handle just 150,000 users. Have serious doubts about its future until they make technical improvements.
I beleive despite the stagering pace of etn in price is only a reason to buy more
