I don't have this roaming folder on my pc. When I install the wallet it only consist of two files: .exe and a .dll file, nothing more. Amending the .conf file doesn't do the trick either. How can add the nodes in the debug window then?

Installing the wallet creates a folder inside the Roaming folder. You can find it by doing the following:

1. On your keyboard, hold the Crtl button and press the R button
2. Type %appdata%
3. You are now in your Roaming folder, search for B3-Coin-V2
