Yes, true, there are many others out there and Bytecoin is from a different root, but also registration free. And if I remember right it has no transaction fees at all. Really should dive into that one more.
One reason Dogecoin I do put it in the spotlight is because it also is widely supported. Would be nice to see Bytecoin appear in my Coinomi wallet one day.
