CoinBase responds to my support ticket - 3 years, 10 months, 16 days LATE!

It was November 4, 2013... Bitcoin peaked 30 days later

I tried setting up a CoinBase account. For two weeks, I couldn't get it to work. It wasn't good for me to wait so long, but I contacted support on the 18th. The increased sign up volume due to FOMO apparently lead to issues with account verification and 2fa security.

I couldn't get my account verified. I meticulously reported the small amounts they deposited in my account, but their system refused to accept them. Then "Authy", their 2fa software went nuts. So, I contacted CoinBase's support. Some help that was. I asked repeatedly to get verified over the phone, which fell on deaf ears. And they kept confusing the 2fa problem with the bank verfication problem.

I have many, many stories like this about how SOMETHING got in the way of a great buy in or trade. I've learned to just live with it. But it didn't help today when the Einsteins over at CoinBase contacted me - 3 years, 10 months and 16 days late! Way to pour salt in a wound, jack-wagons!

Really, I'm just sharing a bit of history and showing some of the stupidity that was out there for early adopters - and those who weren't able to adopt early due to CoinBase. They may be a major factor in why I'm just a measly dolphin!

WOW... that puts any customer service horror story I have ever had to shame. You get the dubious honor of Worst Customer Service Story. Your trophy will arrive in four years.

To make matters worse, I tagged them on twitter and those dirt sandwiches gave no response. They suck in general, not just because of the nitwits I was forced to endure...

They were a big factor in crippling my crypto. Totally incompetent. I'm certain they could have verified me manually.
