Sadly these citizenships only exist for tax avoidance. As pleasant as this idea might sound, it's not a good thing I believe. Social benefits need to be paid by everybody. What can be considered as an improvement is the use of cryptocurrencies. There has to be some kind of regulation, otherwise governments will harshly regulate.
