I'm not sure on the divisibility issue. It may be a good thing because it opens up NEO to smaller investors as well, but as some people have pointed out on Reddit it may affect the usefulness or indeed defeat the entire point of GAS entirely. The argument is that if NEO is indivisible, why even bother with using GAS as an additional token? I guess we'll find out.
