I haven't looked into XEL yet, I'll give it a look.
One in particular that I like which has a low cap is LBRY Credits at $25 million. It's a favorite of many crypto experts, so I can see this easily doubling, tripling or more.

I don't like LBRY because of the platform, they have a good idea but seems they have some problems executing it and doing it properly but can be good for sure
