Did you try to get your BTC tru skrill ? You can topup your skrill acount with BTC and transfer the amount in any bank acount or credit card . Sadly i dont know really how much are the fees .

Im not sure i understand !? I allready have the bitcoin now sitting in coinbase where i cant cash it out , does skrill allow you to cash it out into your chequing account in Canada ! ?
Coinbase seems is a wallet , i never use this one but yes you can topup your skrill acount with BTC transfer from any wallet.
Ok ! so i can transfer my btc from coinbase to skrill after i open up a 3rd account now lol ! Then from there cash it out !? Are you sure they do this in canada !? π

Coinbase is just wallet so you can transfer without any problem . Actualy better first go tru this sites i link you , maybe its some direct exchange. For example here is direct BTC -bulgarian leva exchange tru UesternUnion and also EasyPay

You can seel tru paypal also just chek the site i link you before is like 20 local buyers and you can fix this very easy :)

Coinbase will have a send bitcoin button somewhere on your coinbase wallet. Use it
After setting up acct. where ever it is that allows you to exchange Bitcoin for
Canadian Money. In that new acct. will be a button where it will say 'Fund' or 'Deposit' and it will provide a wallet address for you to the use on Coinbase to transfer or send those Bitcoins to. From there you can now exchange your Bitcoin into Money.... can be daunting at first and double check everything to make sure you get your funds.
