Hello, dear Steemit community! Pascal from CoinNoob.com here.
In today's post, I'll be carrying out a brief analysis of the 4 most promising ICO's of July 2017.
The names that are marked with an "*" are the ones I am currently invested in.
Let's dive right into it!
Polybius (http://polybius.io)
What? Polybius is aiming to build a modern banking institution.
Why? Token holders benefit in two ways. First, they can sell their tokens on exchanges and hope for an increase in the companie's value. Or second, they can hold them and benefit from getting paid dividends by the company. A 20% of the Polybius profit will be shared among Dividend Token Holders.
Trueflip* (http://trueflip.io)
What? Trueflip is creating a global anonymous blockchain-based lottery.
Why? If managed and promoted correctly, Trueflip has the potential to become the largest lottery in the world. Token holders benefit from an appreciation in the value of the token and monthly dividends paid by the company. Between a 10 and 15 % of the lottery ticket price will be paid to investors.
Starbase (http://starbase.co)
What? Starbase helps startups to get funded by issuing tokens. They achieve this by building a blockchain-based crowdfunding platform.
Why? Similar projects like Bancor and Cofound.it have both had very successful ICO's. The usage of tokens as a funding method for startups has grown massively in the past months, and it might even substitute IPO's in the near future. The STAR token can be used to support projects on the Starbase platform. Starbase charges a small fee to startups when a new token is issued. All fees go to STAR token holders through the Starbase reward mechanism (dividends).
Hive (https://hive-project.net)
What? Hive brings debt factoring to the blockchain.
Why? Today's liquidity gap is estimated to be of 2 Trillion USD. Hive wants to solve that. HVN tokens will be tradable on all major exchanges and generate a return in the form of dividends to its owners.
That's all for today my friends.
And as always,
Stay awesome.
Well written
Hive looks interesting. But who will collect on invoices?
@wekkel it definitely is an interesting concept! Regular people like you and me and debt factoring companies can collect the invoices.
