I know a guy on reddit that accepts PayPal and sends you BTC
You can also look at Payeer ewallet

Thanks - I checked out Payeer ewallet and they said not available in the US.

Still think there is a business model here for someone who is ambitious and is familiar in using and/or dealing in cryptocurrency
