My advice if you're holding onto cryptocurrency for the long term.
STOP looking at the charts and posting doom and gloom. You're not interested in what the charts say because you're holding for the long term.
Only look at the charts if you're ready to cash in!!!
Less stressful that way
I completely agree, I think its just humans nature and greed takes over, I myself find it difficult not to check the charts of my coins several times a day and yes its very stressful lol! I gotta try to cut back to only checking up once a week or something. Checking charts can be beneficial though to find out if a coin has dipped far down and maybe you want to buy up more.
