One of my mother's friend asked her to put in some money to invest in this coin a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I didn't see your post before that time. Does the consensus still stand that this is a scam? I think their white paper might be out by now.

There was NEVER a consensus that this is a scam. Some believe it is. Others believe it isn't. And there are more who really don't care. It is up to you and your mom to perform due diligence and determine what's best for you. Don't just listen to strangers on the internet. How did they become such genuises or predictor of future successes or failures? LOL! p.s. no i have no affiliation with Plexcoin nor am I participating in their pre-sales nor ico. I have a lot in my portfolio already.
