Is Crypterium worth it?

I have read the Crypterium white paper :

and to be honest, I have not been able to find the answers to my doubts:

-How are the $45 mill. of funds obtained through the ICO used for?

-They argue you could buy with CRPT tokens in more than 42.000.000 stores worldwide. Have any of them accepted to be paid in CRPT? If not, and they cash in other currency (ie: USD), who is supplying the currency and how?

-An initial market cap of $45 mill give room for very low purchases (1$ in 42 million stores and only once)? So unless the CRPT price increases a lot, its usability is very limited. So for surviving, CRPT price has to increase very sharply. And why should it increase?

-They talk about a bank and credits. Who is granting the loans and who bears the risk?. On the other side, if you ask for a loan to buy a car for example, and then you have to repay the loan in CRPTs, it will cost you a fortune as you have to purchase CRPTs, and for the token surviving the price has to increase very sharply.

-They say "The uniqueness of the CRPT token is that it is demand-based. Each transaction in a crypto bank forms a demand for a token, because part of the funds from the transaction go toward its purchase on the open market. This ensures constant liquidity of the CRPT tokens" I do not understand this statement. As said above initial liquidity is very limited in $ terms.

-Number of tokens is limited to 300 million, and they say they will burn 0,5% of purchase value each time. If it is going to be a success story, with a lot of purchases worldwide, the system will run out of tokens very rapidly, unless of course the price increases and you need less tokens to make purchases.

All in all, I would have preferred they reply these questions instead of the simple FAQ ones in their web.

"The next big thing" does not sound very promising, though I do not know, and might be (only might be) I buy the minimum amount, just in case...!
