Don't Panic!
I woke this morning, Japan time, and was anxious to see my IGNIS tokens in my wallet. So I logged into my NXT web wallet and there was a balance of 0! Oh Shit!! What happened?!
NXT has never been easy to use compared to Steemit or other platforms so I took a deep breath knowing I have control of my account and started to research the problem. I found out that my funds are still there, but not on the web wallet. If you are having this problem you can go to this version of the wallet and get your coins out: https://nrs.nxter.org/index.html
It seems they are closing the web wallet for some reason...
After I found my coins were safe the next thing I did was grab the Ardor platform here: https://www.ardorplatform.org/download-ardor-blockchain-platform
In order to see your IGNIS on Ardor you will log in with your NXT account, just drop the NXT at the beginning of your wallet address when prompted to enter your ARDR address. Once logged in you will see the IGNIS tokens if you held NXT in your NXT wallet at the time of the snapshot. This does not count if you had your NXT on an exchange. The exchange will have to credit you for that on the exchange, not in your Ardor wallet.
Once logged in there they were, my nice, new IGNIS tokens! Congratulations! We now hold IGNIS!

Thanks. I wish NXT and ARDOR would make things a little easier to do. I'm tech literate and it's still a pain in the ass for me, so for the laymen it would be a nightmare.

I rushed to get this post out so people would not be scared to see their NXT at 0 and no IGNIS. It was written poorly though...
new task for me, find out what are Ardor, NXT, IGNIS when winter break starts... cant concentrate too much stuff at the moment
Ya, crypto is too big at the moment. Think we're gonna shake the tree next year though so less quality projects to concentrate on. I could be totally wrong though!
