Be smarter. Invest your currency in companies through ICO 'Initial coin offering'.Be smartest. Wait for the currency to go down and purchase as much as you can at the right time and reap the real benefits after five years or so.

I have invested some money in to the obvious ones like bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin but I have also invested a small amount on the less obvious ones like Bytecoin, Digicoin, Ripple, Potcoin and obviously steem. All based on the fact they're very cheap at the moment and they're either showing signs of having good potential to grow or I like the whole idea behind them as a personal feeling.
Either way they will either grown and I make a bit of money or they don't and I lose a bit of pocket change 👌🏼

I agree - the downtrend was obvious and the uptrend will come again, after some time. A word of caution though: with ICO`s you have to do your due dilligence before investing - not everything is gold out there.
What do you think about EOS ?
So far I have heard only good things about EOS. I will keep closely watching it.
