When it comes to being decentralized the developers at verge are aiming to be the most private most secure and useful blockchain. One very small implication i enjoy is that verge has chosen to create a “black paper”; which is possibly a pun for it’s anonymous functionality to the contrary “white paper”. Verge has multiple updates scheduled for this, and coming months. Such updates include a TOR android wallet along with an i2P android wallet. If these updates are completed in a timely fashion and without any major bug fixes; this can play a major role in anonymous peer to peer commerce. Privacy is something that seems to be escaping our grasp day by day as we move into the future; so having the ability to transact with family members and loved ones in a private decentralized way will have a large impact on the people who are using this technology. Another update on their schedule is the announcement of RSK smart contracts. Now for anyone who has been in the crypto space for even just the last few months will realize that smart contracts are a very popular and sought after ability for blockchains. Be prepared to see heads turn while on the verge of the blockchain revolution.
Waiting for XVG to shine:)!
I think the only thing holding back xvg at the moment is the fact that people tend to over look crytos with lower market caps. What we need are commercials and youtubers to get a larger audience.
