dear i have joined two days ago and i am looking how i can earn money on steemit. but i am not able to do it and i am worried because my referer told me that i can easily earn 10 $ a day

    You can, but it takes a lot of work, and posting good content. I would advise you to spend some time reading and catching up with what to do, and getting familiar with the platform and what you can do on it.
