From the question in the title, it's easy to detect i'm a newbie in the block. Cryptocurrency is on the rise and it can't be ignored anymore. I believe it's finally time to dive into it. A couple of my friends have been advicing me on bitcoin and steem. But I comfortably started with Steem and steemit eased the workload and softened the learning on cryptocurrencies as a whole.
There's been a lot of talk about August 1st and the future of bitcoin after the segregation. A lot of people are shaky, stiff or nervous. I'd love to hear everyone's view on what to do. Which coin to invest in and buy now?? To hold onto steem or bitcoin?? What is yor prediction on Ethereum?? Is it going to overtake Bitcoin??

My Top 5 are Bitcoin , Ethereum , TenX Pay Token , Litecoin and Steem
More stable ones are: LiteCoin, Ripple (I don't like it, but!), Cloak, NEO
Speculative with huge potential: Cloak, XVG, DigiByte
Best strategy if you get the right one is ICO...although about less than 5% are good bets...
I do a ICO Review Series that you can follow to see which ICO I think is good bet and which one I stay on the sidelines...
What I have found helps is that just buy small amounts into good projects and let them grow till 2018, although this is what I do, you should treat it as an opinion...

STOPSolid blog. Interesting to see I'm not the only one that is thinking about this. It's surprising how much uneducated investors the crypto space has. You still see people invest in this shady and scammy coins. We do need to look better at the insights of every coin. What team is behind it, is there any management.
