I found that Ripple has a plan to "destroy" certain amount of XRP that are available on the market. It should be done with every transaction (if I remember well).
On 8th June, I took screenshot of Ripple stats at the market. Just to see if something would change.
This is from 8th June.
This is from today.
With simple calculation 38.621.693.933 - 38.290.271.363 = 331.422.570 we could see that Ripple destroy more than 330 million XRP that are available at the market!
I am interested to see what amount of XRP will be "destroyed".
Does this mean it will go up or down lol?
It's hard to say because there are still too many coins - more than 38 billion. If they keep like this and also incress market cap, price should go up.
Sounds Good To Me!
Ripple can "destroy" XRP at any given moment?
So they must be able to create it at any given moment also?
