Canada has or is about to launch several Basic Income projects this year in a few different small town to see what happens.
Canada actually did this before for almost 20 years i one town and it thrived. The idea people would get lazy did not happen in this town, they kept working but had the security to take some more risks or do some less desirable jobs.
I am kind of for it so long as I also get it. I would be quite upset if it was only for select people and I was not selected.
dont worry everybody will get it, but the problem is to determine the amount needed to make ends meet. But rest assured it will not be cumulative for people living under the same roof. That is where things will get funky.
