I believe in Steem because the Steemit community is so alive and you see the evidence of how supportive it is, I know Steem value is down but so is the whole crypto market. It will bounce back!
Litecoin, Veratasium, Etherium longerm and Pillar Token short term (although they are not all technically currencies)
I like to back something that has a definitive use or purpose or if it does something better than what's around at the moment.
I am convinced this is the direction the new money standard will take and when we move into the next financial paradigm that crypto is the way we will be taken which is why we are getting away with no regulation (for now)
When picking what will survive though I always think back to the dot com bubble and what was the daddy then is not the daddy now. IBM is no longer the daddy PC and AOL is no longer the Daddy of online, if you went with Apple and Google you chose wisely which is why I have not mentioned Bitcoin.
When the time comes to switch into the next financial paradigm the banks are not going to give up their power so I expect them to regulate everything to death then and promote whatever it is that suits them.
For now enjoy the volatility and the opportunity while it lasts.
My idea to joining any project or coin is based on what is the main goal and how this can be used. Siacoin is very attractive for users who need space to store your files/informations with a good price compared to others services.

Currently focused on Steem, ANS/NEO, and Litecoin. Also following SJCX, XMR, and XRP.
Please, explain in short what is joining (what, do you think that is joining) the currencies you mention?

I still believe that Siacoin (SC) is a good one for mid time.
