    Hi Srezz, a bit off topic here but we can't always look at the same thing everyday. I've been watching a stock called Navios Maritime Midstream Partners (NAP) for about half this year, everything about the stock looks like bad except the dividend. Care to offer your opining on the company?
    I'm about to make a buy. I'll cost avg in over the next month. Basically purchasing for the Div yield (22%) and to even out my portfolio with some petroleum stocks not just "green energy".
    I'm just wondering if there is something i'm missing the Div yield just seems to good to be true. thats all,

      As long as it is paying a good Div i'll hold, so +5 years if needed.

        They pay such dividend in order to prop up the value of their equity because they are seriously in debt - for every dollar of equity they owe 73 cents to creditors. Generally speaking, it is an underfunded and heavily indebted company. There's only one factor which is going to play in favour of this company - rising crude price for the next couple of years.

            Not yet. Wall Street has to figure out what it is going to do with BTC. My expectation - WS is going to take BTC down dragging the rest of CCs down together with it.
