Wow, I actually had a pretty good week! I can mainly credit that to baseball starting up. The number of steps may seem low for a week, but remember, none of those steps include indoor steps and other random electronic issues that result in the loss of steps. Does anyone else use Sweatcoin? I realize that it isn’t necessarily worth the time and effort since it takes so long to get stuff, but I think it is a fun way of encouraging outdoor activity.
I have the app open as I walk too and from class! Might as well get credit for walking I do anyway!
