Token Distribution

ICO 

The ICO is the most convenient and fair way to spread currency in the world, attract audience attention, organize a cohesive community of users and investors, whose goal is to improve the services. 

The full functionality of the system requires large spending so the fundraising will consist of 3 stages. 

The first stage is the pre-ICO, during which 10% of tokens will be sold for the early investors. 

Then the ICO stage 1 will be held with 40-day duration, after it the Ethereum tokens emission will follow and investors will get their tokens. At the same time with emission, tokens are going to be listed on cryptocurrency exchanges that accept cooperation.

The second stage will be held in auction format and consist of 40 rounds 36 hours each. The price of the token will be calculated dynamically depends on collected funds in each round during the last stage.

  • During the ICO rounds you can buy ERC20 token.
  • Total amount of tokens: 100.000.000 AIRT
  • The Soft Cap for the project is $6,500,000.
  • The Hard Cap is $60.000.000.

Throughout the pre-ICO, there are bonuses based on both the time of contribution and contribution size. On Sept. 15, contributors of between $100 and $1,000 get a 10 percent bonus, those contributing $1,000 to $5,000 receive a 15 percent bonus, $5,000 to $10,000 contributions get a 20 percent bonus, and those over $10,000 get a 30 percent bonus. The AirCraft project was conceived in January 2018 and announced in August. The pre-ICO will take place in September with the ICO stage one and ERC-20 token creation in autumn.

Round two of the ICO will take place in Q1 of 2019, as will the launch of the platform. Spring of 2019 will include the support team and payment system. Q2 of 2019 will include the first offices, the wallet, and the mobile application. In Q3 and Q4, there will be more than 5,000 partners, the blockchain release, the AI (AirBerry), and PoS mining.

The first half of 2020 will include AirBerry support for additional languages and the release of plastic cards. By the second half of 2020, AirCraft will have eight offices and the payment bracelets.
