Hello, I am posting my question again: Is anyone else having problems with the Hitbtc exchange?
I have been trying to withdraw my coins for the last 4 weeks. The 2FA works, but I do not receive an email from
Hitbtc to confirm the transaction- so it does not transfer.
I have submitted two requests to support- no reply yet.
