So errr ummm... One of the main things restaurants hate is how unfair reviews and reviewers can be to our business. Can you tell me more about the review/opinions portion of the platform? I feel very strongly there needs to be a way for business owners to play on an equal footing with patrons (outside of the typical "Make your food and service better than the other guy and everything will be okay" response we get from the heavies like Yelp and others...)

The reviews/opinions will be solely based on the user experience, but restaurants can run marketing campaigns and promotions for the reviews, so there's some control there. I hope I answered your question.
