These problems however have nothing to to with f.e. Bitcoin itsself. It is just a market where many people hope to make fast and good money. Therefore some are not cautios enough. And those suffer a great risk to some black sheep who try to rip them off.
True that: And we should always keep asking on any new "startup" idea: who benefits REALLY? Cui bono?
