 System Upgrade Update

Fellow Binancians,

Due to an unforeseen slowdown in the speed of our data sync, we now estimate for all trading activity to resume at 2018/02/09 4AM (UTC). In the 30 minutes prior to the commencement of trading, users will be able to log-in, deposit, withdraw, cancel orders and use all other account related functions.

We are working hard to complete the upgrade as soon as possible and will announce if completed ahead of schedule. We will also provide regular updates until the upgrade is fully complete.

Our team is processing three concurrent methods of data recovery to ensure that the data is back online as soon as possible. Method 1: ETA 1-2 hours from now.  Method 2: ETA 5 hours from now. Method 3: 9 hours from now. Method 1 is our priority and should finish with no issues. Method 2 and Method 3 are processing as a fail-safe in the event something goes wrong with Method 1. There will be data validation before full functionality is restored, and users will have a short time to modify trades before trading is re-enabled. Thankfully, Method 1 of data recovery completed successfully and we are in the process of verifying data integrity and prepping the system for return of exchange operations. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact ETA to provide for this process, but we expect at least another 1-2 hours. We appreciate your patience and we hope to be operating normally again shortly. We will be bringing functionality back online piece-by-piece, and we expect deposits and withdrawals to begin functioning again very soon.
