Brisbane airport to accept payment in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Dash

Brisbane airport have announced that they'll be accepting payment in cryptocurrency in their terminal shopping areas.

In partnership with Brisbane startup TravelbyBit, visitors to the airport will be able to pay using Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dash.

"Users will be able to utilize popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Dash to avail the services and shop for products offered through the terminal. Through this venture, BNE aims to garner the interest of potential tourists and travelers to increase user engagement for frequent flyers that may use cryptocurrencies."

TravelbyBit have also persuaded bars and other local businesses to accept cryptocurrency as payment.

Outstanding! I look forward to the day that most of my auction sales are conducted in BitCoin. I have offered everything from furniture, antiques, jewelry, Harleys, sports cars, farm equipment and real estate at auction ... most have been paid for in dollars but I look forward to these transactions happening in BitCoin....SOON :)
