Agreed. This is a nice write-up. I've been active on Steemit since July 2017 and since day one, I have been telling each and everyone around me about it, also wrote several Steemit guides and but people never responded positively until they saw me withdrawing my first payment. @neriox, You're right, people take you for granted when you tell them about something free. May be, in these times, everything has a price and having a stable earning source like Steemit for free is something too good to be true.
Steemit is already moving up in ranking quickly and people will soon realize what they have been missing.
