Thank you for putting this information together. I am a Wyoming resident, and this is all very interesting. I plan on having a tokenized service ready for release on June 1st. I am starting from scratch with limited knowledge on the subject, so I am curious if I can pull it off. If the barriers to entry are high enough to keep the common man out, then I don't think it will be a game changer just yet.
