Agreed, this was ridiculous. I submitted my KYC within the first seconds. The page logged me out multiple times after filling everything out.
But what I find even worse were the phishing emails. Unfortunately, I fell for one and lost my investment. I realize this is my fault, but the scammers must have gotten the email addresses of registered users somehow, so I would not be surprised if they were hacked.
Well yes it is unfortunate that you fell for a scammer but i still believe the administration should have taken better steps to unsure those people are kept out
