What exchanges allow you to use use Fiat to buy cryptocurrencies and transfer immediately?
Coinbase allows you purchase via Fiat but transactions take very long to get deposited to your account via bank purchases.
Changelly do it immediately but have insane fees if purchasing via a debit or credit card. Gemini allows you purchase via wire transfer but it takes several days to be able to withdraw your btc and into another exchange for alt coins.
So my question is, is there another exchange out there that allows you to purchase BTC via debit or credit card and either send it to another exchange like Bittrex to purchase alt coin or have a number of alt coin already within it's service you can exchange it for?
Any insight is very helpful!

On Coinbase use your bank debit card and its immediate.
yes I know but they have limits! @cryptoking, I've used that limit buying LTC. ahhaha... till next week... want to do some transactions sooner than when they lift those limits
This is what I'm trying to figure out as well so I'll leave this little comment here so I can see what people recomend
Kraken. The verification time is slow but after that you can buy and trade in fiat pairs
@bitcoinbill https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000302327-Credit-Cards-Debit-Cards-PayPal-and-similar they don't accept cards and if you do via bank it takes several days.... in this volatile environment a few days can be centuries
