What would happen to cryptocurrencies if the internet was wiped out

I was wondering, Would it be possible for someone to take the internet offline or destroy it (if thats even possible)

Would it be possible that an event or person could sabotage the internet where cryptos exist and it would destroy the cryptocurrency blockchain? Just wondering lol thx :)
