There are not so many investors involved i guess and releasing a premined never kills the requirement, the network is mature enough to digest the number of minted coins I guess.

With 2 rounds of such huge ICOs, technically speaking an investor would not just invest money and demand returns. He will definitely want some control somewhere. I am of the opinion that when someone says decentralized it should actual be 100% that. I feel cryptos have a great potential to change the way world looks at currency and money itself. But if it is going to keep taking the same money to do it, then at some level the power does go away to money as we know it.
