Life After Cryptokitties

My cryptokitty adventure is now over and I'm trying to adjust to a life without beautiful little crytpokitties to keep me company. I miss all my fancy ducks and their cute little whiskers. I miss whoring my cats out of the corner for scraps of ethereum. I miss forcing my kitties to breed by stuffing them in the blockchain together. I miss selling my kitties into slavery with another owner. Oh the joys of cryptokitties.

On second thought, that game was pretty creepy. Trading pictures of cats is pretty weird. Time to move on with my life and leave cryptokitties in the past.

What's the next big craze going to be on the blockchain? I don't know if I will be able to resist jumping on another bandwagon, it would appear that is just part of my DNA. What ever it is, I hope it's on Steem because I can't afford all those friggen ethereum transaction fees. grumble grumble grumble.

love,
bwar

ooops :-)

my willpower is cracking

Well quit trying to make money on something that is so new nobody knows where it's going yet. and have some fun :-) In the end there is going to be Millions of these kitties and only a chosen few will have any value. these are only the first in a long line of trading and even augmented reality crypto games coming our way.
Happy Holidays my friend :-)
I'm a Dog person myself LOL

I’m so glad I didn’t jump into that game. I hope you managed to exit with some profits.

I'm up a small amount, was not a huge loss at least

I suspect you did better than many. :)

Was it incredibly expensive to get rare kitties and just felt more like a gamble? I thought about it in its early stages, but had too many mix reviews.

There was money to be made at the start, it just seemed to slip away really quickly.

What an interesting read! I would love to hear more about cryptokitties. I would almost quit my day job to hear stories of the awesome game!

100% agreed so I gave 100% upvote.

What a crazy waste of electricity, fees, taxation, and it does not promote or help new people get into Steem :P

hehe...ok I am bias, but I still like this post!
