Hmm, I heard of the Cryptopuppies project on ETH, but not of Hashpuppies on Neo. I have never used Neo, so don't know much about it . But thanks for the info. I will look into this, seems like an interesting project!!
Neo is Chinese Ethereum, you cannot ignore it anymore. It's going to be huge in 2018 and 2019.
It could be, but I think Chinese cryptos are way too risky to invest in. You never what comes to their govt's mind.
Need not worry about neo as it is platform based crypto and unique one. Most of the decentralised Apps and smartcontracts from china will be on neo. If china lifts the ban on exchanges, sky will be the limit.
